Job Description
Lead and autonomously manage the Corporate & Commercial function for the Company, providing sophisticated legal advice, drafting, negotiation and risk-based decision-making on a broad range of commercial transactions.
Skills Required
- Advanced analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- Full fluency/proficiency in English and Arabic
- Leadership and Communication Skills
- Strong commercial judgement and risk-based decision-making
Qualifications Required
- LLB from a recognized university
- LLM and/or LPC preferable
